I finally got around to seeing Moonrise Kingdom recently and every bit of my vintage-loving heart was warmed. I loved it! To any of you who haven’t already seen this: shell out the cash to see this in theaters. Take a date, or a pint of your favorite ice cream and get ready to feel like a kid in love again. Unsurprisingly, it was impeccably shot and just visually gorgeous through and through. I couldn’t help myself from putting together this roundup, because I’ve been dreaming up ways to look like I’ve just come from the set myself.
