I literally just got in from my vacation at the beach, so still no real post for today. Tonight I’ll work on some more significant posts for the week, but in the meantime, I wanted to share these photos I snapped of a raw berry tart I made a couple weeks ago. I’m always amazed at how fantastic raw desserts can be, and this is no exception. The crust is made of almonds and dates, the filling is made of soaked cashews and dates and the topping is simply fresh berries and coconut!
